On 15 August the Decree of the Minister of Finance of Georgia N471 of 23 July 2009 on "establishing the rule of application of zero-rate VAT to the supply of goods and services  to foreign diplomatic missions and comparable thereto representations and to the members of these diplomatic missions and representations" was repealed.
