Revenues from Taxation of Oil Products

According to the data of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance, the mobilized sum from taxation of oil products during January-August of 2008 amounts to 269987205 GEL, which exceeds last year parameter by 50794834 GEL in other words 23% (In 2007 January-August the mobilized sum from imported oil products was 219192371 GEL).

Revenues from Realization of Excise Marks

During January-August 2008 up to 2 120 requests for excise marks have been submitted to the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance. On a basis of these requests there were given out 364 535 505 excise marks. The mobilized sum in the budget amounts 147 992 509.48 GEL.
(In the same period of 2007 the mobilized sum was equal to 120 443 803.84 GEL)
