Clarification

      Correction has been made to the specific Procurement Notice published by Ministry of Finance of Georgia on January 29, 2010 in local newspaper `24 Hours` (N16) for the procurement of excise stamps for imported filtered and non-filtered tobacco products.

First and third paragraph should be set forth as follows:
1. In accordance with the Law on State Procurement, Ministry of Finance of Georgia (address: 16 Gorgasali St., Tbilisi) announces a tender on the state procurement of 160,000,000 (one hundred sixty million) excise stamps for imported filtered and non-filtered tobacco products. Approximate cost of the object of procurement totals 960,000 (nine hundred sixty thousand) GEL.
3. Delivery of excise stamps for imported filtered and non-filtered tobacco products must be carried out during 2010, as requested by the procuring organization. The first delivery: in course of 30 days after request of the procuring organization.
