Officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti division of Investigative Service of Investigative Department, on a fact of falsification, making and selling unhealthy food have detained Director of Ltd “Hermes” Tamaz Mgaloblishvili and technologist of above mentioned company – Shalva Tseruashvili. Officers have sent Kippers and salted fish to the laboratory. As a result of the expertise, fish was dangerous for health.

Officers of Investigative Service locked the factory of Ltd “Hermes” and have removed big amount of falsified product from distribution. 

 
Preliminary investigation started on a base of criminal law; articles N-197 and N 198, which envisages 9 years imprisonment.
