Minister of Finance of Georgia Ivane Matchavariani met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia Tadaharu Uehara.
At the introductory meeting, the parties have discussed the issues of cooperation between Georgia and Japan and the reforms implemented by the Government of Georgia.
The talks touched upon the priority directions of the Government of Japan, such as: power engineering, environmental protection, health care, agriculture, information technology, educational and tourism sector.
During the meeting current and future projects in the road infrastructure sector were emphasized.
It was emphasized that Georgia's export potential, attractive investment environment will contribute to the cooperation between the two countries in a bilateral and multilateral format, to continue dynamically.
