Lasha Khutsishvili has been appointed as a Minister of Finance of Georgia



Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili nominated Lasha Khutsishvili for the post of the Minister of Finance at today's government meeting.

Since 2014 Lasha khutsishvili held the position of the Deputy Minister of Finance of Georgia.

In 2016-2020, he was Elected as a Member of the Steering Group of the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS (Base erosion and profit shifting)

In 2013-2014 was the Head of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance.

In 2008-2013 worked in the international company Ernst & Young in the field of taxation and law.

He is a graduate of the Free University Business School (ESM) and the University of Preston (Business Administration)
