Intergovernmental Commission Established for the 57TH Annual Meeting of the ADB Gets Held and Led by the Prime Minister of Georgia
Intergovernmental Commission established for the organization of the 57TH Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) has been held and led by H.E. Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia.

Meeting held within the Government Administration was focused on the measures to be taken for the organization of the 57TH Annual Meeting of the ADB. Information was shared with the Head of Government of Georgia and Commission Members by H.E. Lasha Khutsishvili, Minister of Finance of Georgia.

Presentation on the Annual Meeting was made by Ekaterine Guntsadze, Deputy Minister of Finance and Head of the Interagency Task Force.

Prime Minister of Georgia issued specific institutions to heads of various government agencies engaged in the organization of the event at the highest level.

Georgia will be hosting the 57TH Annual Meeting of the ADB for the first time and it is scheduled to take place on May 2-5, 2024.
Almost 4000 delegates and high-ranking guests will participate in the Forum, including the President, Vice-Presidents and Executive Directors of the ADB, delegations from 68 countries, officials of international financial institutions (IFI), provide sector, international and domestic civil society, international and domestic media.

Significance of holding the 57TH Annual Meeting of the ADB in Georgia was once again highlighted at the meeting in terms of showcasing the investment and tourism potential and implemented reforms.
